MORE THAN “TRADITIONAL” TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

Completion and interpretation of the Personal Learning Insights Profile will help the participant to identify the different learning styles of their students, whether in one-on-one employee orientation and training or classroom. This information will help the attendee to increase the range and quality of their training by meeting the learner's individual needs.

Practice of the teaching techniques learned, including the development of lesson plans with a realistic, work-related skill. Time required: an additional 10 minutes per participant when done individually; approximately an hour when done in groups of three (Teacher, Learner, Observer), with feedback processing provided.
