RESULTS EXPECTED: Participants
will be reminded of the benefits of teams and the efforts required
to support them. They will have specific techniques developed
and understood for use with their own employees and departments.
TEAM COMMANDMENTS
Work groups will discuss roles, goals and procedures
with questions provided to help clarify individual responsibilities.
Participants will determine small group commandments. Individuals
will be asked to write five (5) commandments. This can be done
as pre-work to reduce class time. The attendees will be divided
into functional work groups to discuss and coordinate these
individual sets into a small group of five (5) commandments.
These commandments will be presented to the entire group for
feedback, and then be posted by the Client in conspicuous areas
to remind each work group of what they have agreed to do. 2

Whom do you trust and why?
The characteristics of a low trust environment and of a high
trust environment
Specific trust building techniques and applications
Participants will identify methods for helping others who work
for them, with them, or for whom they are responsible.
"Here's how I see you" demonstrates the use of positive
reinforcement.
"Bringing out the best in others" is the important
result. 3 hours
RESULTS EXPECTED: Participants
will be shown the importance of trust in the performance of
employees; how to create or re-establish a higher trust environment;
and how to reduce the risks of poor performance in a low trust
environment. Positive reinforcement techniques presented and
discussed will increase trust.
