What are the roadblocks or barriers to coaching and how can
we avoid them or reduce their effect on the process?
Personal Learning Insights Profile identifies
the different learning styles. This information will help the
coach to determine his/her preferred learning style as well
as the other styles. Participants will learn how to adapt their
coaching and training to meet the learning style and needs of
the recipient. This will reduce the time required to train and
coach the individual, as well as the potential frustration of
the coach.
Guidelines for a successful session
Practice by the coach with one employee using the Performance
Improvement Plan.
Practice follow up session to regular coaching sessions
Practice follow up session after the employee makes a mistake.
